The Jadstone Business plan including all ideas for the expansion of the Education Business was written on 14th February 2007 after two years of running a successful tuition service teaching woodwind, music theory, literacy and numeracy in private homes in addition to leading creative writing classes, writing skills classes and music with motion classes in private and public schools. It was always the intention for the Proprietor, Jemma Stone to work alongside; in collaboration with like-minded individuals sharing the same vision in delivering an education/health service that included and encompassed all services with the belief that by working together, we can achieve. By conducting training and skills audits, constructing development plans and providing individually tailored tuition ensures continuity, positive progress and successful outcomes upon completion of the sessions.

With each client and their personal circumstances at the forefront of the learning development plan, the individual or group concerned are sure to improve using the right style of learning for them in the correct learning environment.
Jadstone, in 2011 continues to provide a one-to-one tuition service in private homes and schools, whilst expanding the other areas of the business to helping others in need of an understanding and listening ear. The Consultancy, Coaching and Training is offered to individuals in need of skill development or direction in the field of work. Additional services are now made available in the nhs and education departments of Government led Organisations, LEAs, the psychology service, youth offenders teams, hospitals, care homes and private individual cases.
Jemma Stone, an experienced teacher of over ten years combines her tool kit of skills to assist her in the delivery of this service and uses her colleagues expertise in areas of uncertainty. Jemma will only take on board clients who she feels her business will benefit, where she is certain of improvement. Her expertise is based on life experience, training, relevant teaching qualifications, experience in running a business single-handedly and her own professionalism in the various workforces she has worked in. This is a service for those individuals or workforces who believe that the methods Jemma uses will achieve successful outcomes and who respect the need for joint commitment in the process of development and improvement. In addition, Jemma can deliver new or existing training packages to your clients, patients or employees.
